About us

Heritageandhistory.com was founded in 2008 initially as a private website for friends and family, however it has quickly grown.

Wherever possible we try and make history and heritage accessible, as it is very easy to become bogged down in technical jargon.

History can be anything that has happened. As a result you will find recent history, possibly by only a few hours, as well as the more expected older stories about Roman history and the ancients.

Press releases for Heritageandhistory.com

We are always on the lookout for new stories and actively encourage press agencies to get in touch.  We respect embargoed stories and credit image usage as required.

Over the last few years we have built up relationships with many top PR contacts and value their feedback and contents.
